The organization is operated by volunteers and all activities are donation-based.

The organization operates in accordance with the Israeli Tax Authority Donation Approval under section 46 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance, Approval of Proper Management, Bookkeeping Approval, and a Withholding Tax Approval.
